What AIM Vendors Is

AIM Vendors is a showcase platform for vendors at Antiques in Moore, a physical antique mall located in Moore, Oklahoma. The platform allows vendors to display their items online and helps visitors discover what's available at the mall.

Important: AIM Vendors is a showcase only. All transactions happen in person at Antiques in Moore. We do not process payments, handle shipping, or facilitate sales.

Who Can Use AIM Vendors

Visitors: Anyone can browse the public website to see vendor items.

Vendor Accounts: To create a vendor account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be an active vendor at Antiques in Moore, or be authorized by one
• Provide accurate information about yourself and your booth

Your Account

If you create a vendor account, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that happens under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

One account per vendor or booth. Do not share accounts or create multiple accounts.

Content You Post

When you post photos, descriptions, or other content to AIM Vendors:

• You own your content. Your photos and descriptions remain yours.
• You give us permission to display it. By posting, you grant us the right to show your content on the AIM Vendors website.
• You are responsible for your content. Make sure you have the right to post what you post, and that it accurately represents your items.

We may remove content that violates these terms, misrepresents items, or is reported as problematic.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post illegal items or content
• Misrepresent items or their condition
• Post content you don't have rights to
• Harass other users or vendors
• Attempt to damage or disrupt the platform
• Impersonate other vendors or individuals
• Use the platform for purposes unrelated to Antiques in Moore

Our Rights

The AIM Vendors website design, code, and branding are owned by us and our development partner. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the platform itself.

We reserve the right to:

• Remove content that violates these terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Modify or discontinue features of the platform
• Update these terms as the platform evolves

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is." We do our best to keep AIM Vendors running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be error-free.

We are not responsible for transactions. All sales happen at Antiques in Moore. We do not verify item quality, authenticity, or pricing. We are not a party to any transaction between vendors and customers.

Vendor content is vendor responsibility. We do not verify the accuracy of vendor descriptions, prices, or item availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIM Vendors and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (if any).

Termination

You may stop using AIM Vendors at any time. Contact us to delete your account.

We may terminate your account if you violate these terms, are no longer a vendor at Antiques in Moore, or for other reasons at our discretion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cleveland County, Oklahoma.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Continued use of AIM Vendors after changes means you accept the updated terms.
